Saturday Coffee Break: Know Your Self Worth

Know your self worth.

First of all, it’s another beautiful Saturday morning and I’m enjoying a cup of coffee despite TONS of ongoing housework left to do. However, completing housework sick is no fun either. Therefore, you can check out how I deal with sickness in a busy household here: Dealing With Sickness In A Busy Household

Despite being sick and having a million and one things on my to-do list I feel like celebrating life. Is that ever a bad choice? I don’t think so.

Celebrating our small wins of the week.

Today I feel like it’s a great day to celebrate our small wins (or big) for the week. However I try to do this as often as possible in my A6 stalogy, which is like my little purse organizer/ calendar. Once a week is ideal for me. This little planner has helped me stay on task so much. If you’d like to grab yourself one, here’s where you can find yours!

I just want to remind all reading that no matter how busy, terrible, great, or frustrating your week has been you’re still doing so great. You are worth so much! Also, you are so valuable! God loves us so much and wants to remind us to love each other and ourselves today.

Deuteronomy 7:9

Know therefore that the LORD your God is God, the faithful God who keeps covenant and steadfast love with those who love him and keep his commandments, to a thousand generations.

Even more, celebrate your small wins whatever they may be. Even if you aren’t a planner, you may still have goals you want to accomplish. If you’ve accomplished cleaning your home after a busy work week, celebrate that win.

Positive Affirmations

I’m a huge fan of positive affirmations. Mostly because I truly believe you can speak what you want to feel and believe, and eventually it will BECOME.

Here goes some of my favorite’s:

Know your self worth.

You are valuable.

You are beautiful.

You deserve everything.

Don’t let anyone take away your shine.

Have a beautiful rest of your weekend and God bless.
