Hello all, today I wanted to share with you 10 positive affirmations for women. I am a Christian woman and I do believe in the power of positive affirmations. It’s actually very simple to add positive affirmations to your life, really. For years I was negative and didn’t quite realize how being negative was affecting my life. And it affected my life so poorly and was starting to affect my loved ones in a negative way as well. That was no good and I knew something had to give one day. It was definitely time for a change.
I do not claim to be an expert with dealing with depression or negativity, but I decided to speak positivism into my life and it changed my life for the better and quite wonderfully, I may add. Not only is my family happier with me, so is my husband. That’s why I have made a list of 10 positive affirmations for women I’d like to share with you and help you with your quality of life.

Personal affirmations are necessary to make a change.
God definitely has put it into my heart to share with women like me, positive and words of encouragement in our everyday lives. Look, trust me when I say it’s so much more easier to be negative, rude, and not willing to open up our hearts to love and care for others. We are NOT perfect and it comes harder to others to add some positive and glow into our lives. However, negativity has a way of making our lives hard especially if we let it. Now I know I have let negativity win far too many times than it needed to.
Words of affirmation are key.
So, my question for you today is, why are you letting negativity win? Are you at least trying to see the brighter and more positive side of things? The important part is that you TRY. You try to see the silver lining even when things are so low and you have zero motivation to get anything done. This is where words of affirmation come into play and start to change your life. When you speak value into your life, it can’t help but come around!
Depression’s best friend is negativity.
Depression’s best friend is laying in bed and refusing to count the blessings in your life. Don’t let negativity win, not even for a moment because when it does, it can stay around for a while. The key to positive affirmations is actually believing in yourself and the positive power they can have on your life.
Stay positive through the hard times.
Those hard unlikable days come far too often and have the potential to ruin our good moods. Even so, it’s so important to breathe deeply and not loose your cool. Too often we let anxiety creep into our lives, when life is clearly easier when we relax a bit. Stay positive even when everything in life is going wrong and urging you to become negative. Remind yourself of what you have to be grateful for.
Speak your worth aloud when you feel anxiety creeping into your life. You are worthy enough to live your best life, and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. Because, that’s not going to do any good to yourself or to others around you. Life is too short to focus on our shortcomings.
Thank God for what you have.
Thank the Lord for shelter, food, and your loved ones. Praise Him because He’s provided for you and always taken care of you. God has played a huge role in my life when I was feeling so low and depressed. He puts help in our life every single day, whether we like to admit it or not. He wants you to be happy and fulfilled and you can remind yourself of that every single day if you have your Bible. Reading His message daily is key to staying connected with the Lord.

Examples of positive affirmations through prayer.
Thank you so much for this beautiful day and the blessings you have given me today. I pray for peace and positivity to come into my day, Lord. I really need it now more than ever because I feel like I am at a low point in my life and nowhere else to turn to. Wanting the best for myself is what I want to focus on in my life.
Lord, I pray for patience, wisdom, and understanding. Please help me to be more like you, Jesus and less like me. I love you and I want to see the brighter side of things, not the negative side of life because it is honestly draining me and affecting my life in a negative way. Negativity has no place in my life Lord. I just want to speak these words of affirmations into my life and to actually believe them and I need your help to do so, Lord. I have faith in you to keep it that way.
Please protect me and guide me throughout my life. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.
I hope these affirmations and prayer have helped you today and have helped you realize how special you are. You deserve happiness and fulfillment, no matter what others try to say to you. Everyone deserves that.
Until next time,
